Very steady progress following the program. Averaging 4.5 pounds lost per week but never feeling hungry or deprived.
I signed up because I've seen it work and I think it will be easy to follow. I just wish it wasn't so loud in the Dallas location. You really should build some offices for the consultations so you can hear the person you're speaking with. A little more privacy would be nice when talking with your coach and nutritionist.
