Loved this program. Tried lots of different ways to shed unwanted pounds but would always give up after a few weeks after not feeling like I was making good progress. This program is a bit expensive but because I was paying for it I was not going to waste money! The weight came off at a nice pace!! The best part is the maintenance side. They do not want you to regain and the accountability is a great insurance!!
The program really works. I feel that I will be a healthier, better informed eater for life. The employees are bright, educated, and motivating. The only negative is I do feel the cost Higher than it should be

From the very first day that I came to see about the program, I have been amazed by the staff. “Friendly” does not begin to describe their attitudes. My first week saw a “release” of six pounds.
