All of the Sota employees and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend the Sota program for anyone looking to get back to your fighting weight.
Loved this program. Tried lots of different ways to shed unwanted pounds but would always give up after a few weeks after not feeling like I was making good progress. This program is a bit expensive but because I was paying for it I was not going to waste money! The weight came off at a nice pace!! The best part is the maintenance side. They do not want you to regain and the accountability is a great insurance!!
The program really works. I feel that I will be a healthier, better informed eater for life. The employees are bright, educated, and motivating. The only negative is I do feel the cost Higher than it should be
