One day into the program, the Dallas team has been very informative and supportive. Tricia, Esmeralda, Jacob and Jenn have been very engaging and adept at answering questions. I feel I’m off to a great start. Grateful for their support!

The staff at Soto are super friendly, very knowledgeable, offered recommendations on food choices and exercises. The program meal and drink choices helped me to regulate my meals. Now I have lost the weight and the staff is still encouraging me while in maintenance. My body fat and muscle has never been this good. Thanks to my coaches in Dallas!
