I just started sota this week, but so far it’s going very well! I have been less hungry than I usually am and I love all the snacks!
The staff at Soto are super friendly, very knowledgeable, offered recommendations on food choices and exercises. The program meal and drink choices helped me to regulate my meals. Now I have lost the weight and the staff is still encouraging me while in maintenance. My body fat and muscle has never been this good. Thanks to my coaches in Dallas!
