Experienced extremely poor bed side manner today. Literally left shocked at how I was treated. During the brief visit, the doctor preceded to give us graphic details of how the poor dog's head would have to be cut off and detached from her body. While this may be the standard for a possible rabies situation, the demeanor of our doctor was cold and disconnected and nothing I've ever experienced. I rushed my kitten in with respitory distress. I was by myself waiting for word a nurse came out periodically to make sure I was still there. I was then called into an exam room where a female vet talked to me. As she plunked a towel on the table she said "He passed. Do you want to take him home?" BAM! That was it, no compassion what so ever. I left and never went back.
Never been there.

I wouldn't recommend this vet clinic to anyone. They care more about their money than the animal, and they have no sense of loyalty to the families that have been going to them for years. Running countless pointless and costly tests, and offering no means of financial aid for extenuating circumstances. They are heartless beings, and shouldn't be in business.
The staff is so friendly and polite. The vets assistants are always so gentle with your animals and the veterinarians are so knowledgable that I always feel confident with the exams. I always bring my animals there and will continue to do so! I trust everyone there.
