We had just moved into a new home and within one week had a major blockage. Our entire bathroom was flooding from under the toilet and the bathtub. We called SS Plumbing & heating and the same day they scheduled and came out to fix the issue. It was fixed within 20-25 minutes and then they cleaned my entire bathroom, tub, floor etc. They were so nice and professional and even explained things thoroughly for me, as a first time homeowner, to understand. We had a major plumbing issue and South Side Plumbing came through big time. Tim was our project manager and he explained everything and made sure we understood the issue and the different solutions. As far as the workers were concerned...we had Rich, Chris and Jeff as the guys who were doing the work. The were professional in every aspect and took care of the problem. The also left the place spotless, didn't even know they were there, once they left. I would highly recommend these guys for solving you plumbing issues.

I found out I had a clogged pipe around 1 pm and Jim came out and unclogged it by 4. It was fast and simple.
