Quality customer relations and service
My cat was stuck in my air vent/ductwork. Two other companies came and ran a camera through the whole system including the furnace, returns and out into the garage. Both said the cat was "Not in the ventilation system." Three and a half days went by and all I could conclude since there was no sign of him in the house was that he got outside. I knew he didn't because I saw where he went into the system (the floor vent cover was pulled up) and my bedroom door was locked when he went in (overnight). So him getting out was ... read more
