RecommendedSSPH went way above the call of duty for us. We had a water meter that had frozen and burst, flooding a finished basement. The line could not be shut down at the street and therefore water could not be stopped. Jake removed the meter while water was pouring through and put a shut off valve in place stopping the flood. This is was just one of the many services calls that SSPH has completed for our organization. We are very thankful for their services and greatly appreciate their efforts. We would highly recommend them.

RecommendedHad a great experience with South Side Plumbing and Heating. They were able to work around my schedule at my convenience. I needed my laundry tub drain/pipe snaked as well as one of my radiators in my bedrooms fixed. They sent a guy out for the plumbing and a technician out for the radiator and were able to fix both of my problems at a very good price and both of them were very friendly and even put on boot covers in the house. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them again in the future anytime I have any plumbing or ... read more

RecommendedThese guys are great! From making an appointment to the service technicians they are all friendly and very helpful!! I have used these guys 4 times at my business (3 times for air conditioning, 1 time for plumbing) and every time I called them in the morning and they were able to fix my problem by that same afternoon!

RecommendedSouthside Plumbing and Heating did amazing work in our home. Jeff and Chris were incredibly friendly. Our home is more cozy and warm than it’s ever been. They were polite and hard working and respectful and they cleaned up every day as if they hadn’t even been here. We are incredibly pleased with their work. We have a very old home, built in 1900, and they knew exactly what to do. They completed their work quickly but they didn’t cut any corners. I highly recommend them!

Huge south side thank you to Brian and Andrew for cleaning out the drain in the basement. We had issues with it backing up when it was raining leaving a terrible odor throughout the house and sludge on the cellar floor. They came out the same day to have the job taken care of within two hours of arriving. Southside Plumbing has a friendly customer service from the initial call to Bill through the signing the paper work with Brian and Andrew. RecommendedWe have used Buerkle Plumbing for many years, and they are now part of SSPH. We have used them for multiple services, including general plumbing needs, soil stack repair, new gas line installation, steam radiator testing/repair, steam boiler maintenance (for our 8 unit condo building), and most recently, installation of a ductless mini-split AC system. We had just moved into a new home and within one week had a major blockage. Our entire bathroom was flooding from under the toilet and the bathtub. We called SS Plumbing & heating and the same day they scheduled and came out to fix the issue.
