Huge south side thank you to Brian and Andrew for cleaning out the drain in the basement. We had issues with it backing up when it was raining leaving a terrible odor throughout the house and sludge on the cellar floor. They came out the same day to have the job taken care of within two hours of arriving. Southside Plumbing has a friendly customer service from the initial call to Bill through the signing the paper work with Brian and Andrew. RecommendedWe have used Buerkle Plumbing for many years, and they are now part of SSPH. We have used them for multiple services, including general plumbing needs, soil stack repair, new gas line installation, steam radiator testing/repair, steam boiler maintenance (for our 8 unit condo building), and most recently, installation of a ductless mini-split AC system. We had just moved into a new home and within one week had a major blockage. Our entire bathroom was flooding from under the toilet and the bathtub. We called SS Plumbing & heating and the same day they scheduled and came out to fix the issue. We had a major plumbing issue and South Side Plumbing came through big time. Tim was our project manager and he explained everything and made sure we understood the issue and the different solutions. As far as the workers were concerned...we had Rich, Chris and Jeff as the guys who were doing the work. The were professional in every aspect and took care of the problem. The also left the place spotless, didn't even know they were there, once they left. I would highly recommend these guys for solving you plumbing issues.

I found out I had a clogged pipe around 1 pm and Jim came out and unclogged it by 4. It was fast and simple.
