We got two quotes for a tankless water heater and this one was $500 less than the other. Scheduling was fast and easy, communication was good, and the workmanship looks great.
I could not be more pleased with the service provided by South Side Plumbing & Heating. Furnace blower motor died on a cold evening and they had someone there as early as possible the next morning. Our technician, Ryan, was very courteous, personable and explained the issue clearly enough that a non-tech person could actually understand. Price was very reasonable, so much that I approached them about being put on a maintenance agreement. Nice job, South Side!
Excellent service! I called mid-afternoon with a clog and Mikey and Josh were out here the next morning. Professional service, with just the right amount of explaining, and the bill was much less than I expected for as thorough as they were!
We had a stuffed toilet and when I called for help they said they would call me back with a time and within an hour they had some one at our house to fix the clog. Very friendly and helpful would recommend them to anyone.
