On Friday our air conditioner stopped working. It was 90 degrees and we have 2 little ones at home. We got in touch with Jake early Friday morning and he said they are pretty swamped but he will try his best to send someone out ASAP. Because his crew/team was tied up, Jake found the time in his busy day to come over himself in the afternoon and got our air conditioner back up and running. We are so appreciative and thankful for him! Always phenomenal service with South Side plumbing and heating. Thank you again Jake!

Ryan replaced a gas valve to connect a new stove. He disconnected the old stove and moved it outside for pick up. He then installed the new stove and a gas valve and things are working great! He was very polite and accommodating and efficient!
Everything!! We had no heat for almost 2 weeks these guys fixed us up real nice and fixed every little issue that I told them about!!! Thanks so Much Ryan W. and Brian D!!!!! We now have heat and I couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys!!!
