Used Southside Plumbing and Heating to reseal a loose toilet. They were a pleasure to talk to and get scheduled. Tony came to do the work and was professional, thorough, prompt, and answered any questions I had. Will be using them the next time I have any plumbing issues.

Southside Plumbing is my only choice with any plumbing or heating problems. Today i had Tony and Cody and they were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable as I have come to pleasantly expect from any of the workers we have been sent. Also, i would like to acknowledge Bill the service manager as i have come to depend on his expertise and the fact that no problem is ever too much to take on! Thanks to all!!

We thought we were going to have to waterproof our basement, but our waterproofer recommended that we be sure that the gutter connectors were open (the part that is underground). He recommended South Side Plumbing and Heating. The South Side guys, Neil and Cody, showed up with a camera and jetter. They made a map of our 100 year-old house and numbered the downspouts. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by South Side Plumbing & Heating. Furnace blower motor died on a cold evening and they had someone there as early as possible the next morning. Our technician, Ryan, was very courteous, personable and explained the issue clearly enough that a non-tech person could actually understand. Price was very reasonable, so much that I approached them about being put on a maintenance agreement. Nice job, South Side!

Once again SS Plumbing came through for us. We had a kitchen water leak in a second floor apartment. Bill, the service manager, was outstanding. He was able to fit us in the same day. Gary was very professional and thorough with his work. SS Plumbing is always top notch!

I honestly can't say enough good things about South Side Plumbing and Heating. After a faucet exchange gone wrong on my end, they were extremely helpful, and quick to respond. Bill made sure my needs were met to the fullest extent. Anytime anyone needs a plumber, I will be sure to recommend this company.

Ryan was very a very responsible, personable technician and evaluated the issue quickly, unfortunately the truck didn't have the correct part and had to be ordered and understand the scenario the distribution. Store was not open on a Saturday during Clovid-19 crises . South side plumbing is very respextable company and have the trust in them and would not use no other contractor and often tell other to utilize there service, thank you
