RecommendedChris is an amazing mechanic he did an amazing job on fixing the front end on my truck. he had a serious vibration and was out of alignment bad with the knowledge that he possesses he found out what was wrong and a couple things I didn't even know were wrong and corrected them. he is one hell of a mechanic and he's a nice man. also. very polite, very respectful. if I ever have problems around this area again I will be sure to stop in to see him to get them fixed. can't say much more about how pleased I am with the job he did... read more
RecommendedExcellent service, we were traveling through Arizona back to our home in Missouri and we got a screw in our tire and they were able to patch it quickly and get us back on the road! Very knowledgeable and nice team.

RecommendedI went in to get a tire replaced but wound up getting 3 new ones. The service was professional and timely done. The smiles and work ethics of the employees, made the experience well worth it. I took a shower at the Pilot while I waited and wound up leaving my suitcase at the shop. Jessie, the manager, contacted me the following day and sent my things to my home address at no charge. You rarely see that type of humanity and care anymore. Thank you all for a job well done!!!

RecommendedI had a trailer tire blowout 50 miles west of Tire Mart. When I called them I talked to Bryan who was so nice, helpful and professional. But best of all he was quick to respond. Within an hour I had Jose showing up to replace my tire and Jose knew what he was doing. Fast and professional. Thank you so much Bryan and Jose for getting me back on the road in record time!!

RecommendedWe had a broken leaf spring on our 5th wheel RV. We stopped at Southern Tire Mart at Hope Hull, Alabama, Pilot Flying J. From the mechanic who fixed it, Chance, to the manager, they were fantastic. Very knowledgable in mechanics, courteous and efficient. Even though my husband and I were upset that we broke down, it could not have happened at a better place of getting it fixed. And to top it off, their bathrooms were spotless.
