RecommendedKurt at the Saint Augustine Southern Tire Mart is one of the greatest salesman I’ve ever met
After having a tire blow out on a semi on the road and calling Penske roadside they contacted southern tire mart in Peru Illinois. Southern tire mart said they’d be out in an hour. After that hour went by souther tire mart then said it’d be two hours. So another tire center could be here sooner. Wasting an hour of my time while on the side of the road. If they didn’t want to do the job just say no to begin with and stop wasting others time. As far as I’m concerned Southern tire mart is trash.

RecommendedTerrible company! I have been burnt twice by them and only used them 3 times.. Do yourself a favor and DON'T go there! See the damage tire they sold that garbage to me for $250. They are crooks, stay away
Used to be a pretty good shop. I used them for a lot of different things. Then I got yelled at by a young oil changer with a mullet for bringing an empty livestock trailer into the shop to have it serviced. After his yelling fit about livestock trailers having poop in them, I left. Talked to the manager later and he said it's a new corporate policy to no longer allowed any livestock trailers in the shops. So I will take my business elsewhere, and I soon as I get my new fuel card, my company will be buying our fuel elsewhere... read more
