I was quoted 2 different amounts for a 3 axle alignment. Then drag link needed replaced before the alignment could even begin. upon arrival I overheard the guy that was gonna do alignment say he'd never actually done one. Then he tells ME he's done a few. I informed him I heard what he said earlier and that if it aint right I will be back. neither tech appear confident and or capable of the work. we'll see. we are now at hour 4 an alignment hasnt even begun. After having a tire blow out on a semi on the road and calling Penske roadside they contacted southern tire mart in Peru Illinois. Southern tire mart said they’d be out in an hour. After that hour went by souther tire mart then said it’d be two hours. So another tire center could be here sooner. Wasting an hour of my time while on the side of the road. If they didn’t want to do the job just say no to begin with and stop wasting others time. As far as I’m concerned Southern tire mart is trash.
