I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this clinic. Me and my dog were treated with the utmost care, patience and kindness. Dr. Robert's performed my dog's double TPLO surgery (each knee had torn ACLs and one of them also had a torn meniscus) and she handed him with care, and their team was available around the clock to answer my questions. She even went the extra mile and recommended I get my dog a neurology exam prior to surgery. They took excellent care of my dog which to me is family. I was extremely impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the place. Most of all the surgeon always took time to talk to me even if I had the most simplest question.

My pittie was referred here from her vet as she had a torn cruciate ligament. I was very nervous as this was her first major surgery but I was determined to help her get back to running again. They were very responsive and set up our consultation meeting within a day of me calling. My golden retriever was diagnosed with a tumor on her anal gland. Dr Dixon operated on her last week. Dr Dixon and the entire staff were exceptional professionals and were remarkably kind. We had a question and they quickly responded on text. One of the doctors called within an hour. They aren't inexpensive but you clearly get what you pay for! You can trust this team with your fur babies. We are glad that we did.

My cat has cancer and had a tumor that was growing rapidly. At first the appt was weeks out but they found an appt with a resident that was sooner. Dr. Newman was very informative, not rushed with us and explained all of the options. He gave his recommendations and was very thoughtful. After what had been a week of worry, I felt relieved to have a better understanding and options and that he was in good hands. The care and support that we got for our dogs needs was incredible. We were given the information In lay terms so we could easily understand what was happening, what our options were and what to expect. They had us scheduled for surgery on the same day as our consult in the event that we wanted to proceed, which we really appreciated as our dog has an aggressive cancer so not having to wait was very comforting to us. The post op care and communication has been top notch!

We've had a very positive experience. Our girl Taz has had two leg surgeries within six months (and hopefully her last). The front desk support is very helpful and mostly organized. The facility is very clean and well kept. The doctors seem to be very methodical in their work and are definitely approachable. They've answered all our questions and concerns. Frankly, I'd rather go here (which is 30 mins away from us) then our regular vet.

My experience was outstanding from start to finish. My little dog needed further evaluation of a mass, which ultimately we chose to have surgically removed. I really appreciate how Dr. Schaible took the time to thoroughly explain the findings and treatment plans, answering all of my questions to help make a decision in a way that was not at all pushy or confusing.
