My 5 year old serviced dog had a mass in his lungs . The vet never explained the process and what the outcome will be. My bestfriend, my service dog passes from a botched surgery. They nick an artery and caused him to bleed ... and they nick it one more time again ... until he bled to death and had cardiac arrest. $11k later my dog is gone . Please make your research on who is going to take care of your pets .

Business response:

Abbey, we are sorry for your loss. Masses in the chest cavity that are close to the heart and lungs can be very complicated cases. Our thoughts are with you in your time of grief.

Dr. Dixon noted and discussed the radiographic changes within the knee joint which did provide some evidence that the ligament had been injured. To confirm or rule out the ligament injury an orthopedic exam would be necessary. We understand you disagreed with our decis... read more

I took my bulldog there WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My vet recommended I see a specialist because she thought she may have a patellar luxation. She wasn't 100% so she wanted them to see her. My baby is 8 months old. She was super excited and wanting to play(she is a puppy). He had a hard time getting her to stay still I'm pretty sure she thought it was a game. His notes said " difficult to consistently palpate due to her conformation and temperament". With that being said still suggested surgery. How would he know if she ev... read more
