Shocking service, the will part was good but convinced me to take out the extra service for tenants in common. Charged nearly £1000 for this service. Since found out this service is free online to do this. They said it was to add the legal side to the will. An extra paragraph that is probably standard wording. Basically printed the sheet off Gov.com, filled in the details and posted it to us to sign. We then had to send it to the land registry and pay postage. pre paid for the service the will writer is not a solicitor and tried to get an extra £450 for the service I am trying to get a refund will probably have to take a small claims court case out Very poor service
