The initial interview was fine - professional, friendly and helpful but I'm afraid it was downhill from there on. The first draft simply did not reflect my wishes. I had issues with a lack of consistency of wording in the 2nd draft and it took 2 emails to have this corrected. The 3rd version had drafting errors and I finally accepted the 4th draft. Made silly mistakes, and took 3 emails to get correct
We are still waiting for our draft will 3 weeks after having our appointment. We were told it would be 3 days. Despite lots of promises & excuses we still do not have what we have paid for. Business model appear to be reel people in with a low will offer & then pressurise you into paying for other products much higher than other competitors can provide. Do not use this organisation.

Hi Trish, I believe you have been in contact with a member of our customer care team, apologies again for the delay in receiving your drafts this is not a normal occurrence and I understand this has now been rectified. We do provide other products alongside the Will writing that you can purchase if you wish but there is no pressure or obligation to do so.
No idea what has happened, but i have been sent two emails with someone’s address and phone number. I wouldn’t use if you can pass on other people’s details.
