What was discussed in advance on a hour telephone call, Is not what came through in the draft, I heard nothing in five weeks,since I denied the draft.I’m looking for a refund as the job has not been completed and trust in this company is zero. The initial interview was fine - professional, friendly and helpful but I'm afraid it was downhill from there on. The first draft simply did not reflect my wishes. I had issues with a lack of consistency of wording in the 2nd draft and it took 2 emails to have this corrected. The 3rd version had drafting errors and I finally accepted the 4th draft.
