Mike is very attentive to each patient. He effectively targets problem areas with massage. His instructions for exercises are clear. He observes his patients as they go through their PT routine, offering guidance and pointers.

Sparacio PT has helped me a great deal with finding more mobility, aiding in pain management, and learning exercises to keep me feeling better! Mike shows he cares for his patients with not only a personalized PT plan, but also in developing a rapport with his patients that encourages and promotes a friendly and comfortable environment. The staff is friendly and accommodating which adds to ease of scheduling appointments!

I was so fortunate to have worked with Michael Marchiselli, in an effort to address my degenerative disc disease, cervical and lumbar stenosis, and spondylolisthesis, relieve pain, and avoid surgery. Michael reviewed stretches and exercises and instructed me in new exercises. He was patient and clear in his approach, emphasizing pain reduction and balance. Working with Mike at Sparacio Physical Therapy is a whole new experience. I have been to many physical therapists over the years but no one compares to Mike. He is caring, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He is the only therapist in the office and works one on one with you. When you schedule with Mike, you know that you won't be working with another staff member, as it is in many other practices. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his practice. Its actually a pleasure to go to physical therapy.
