Omg! I can't say enough about Jake. He saved my flat feet. I've been seeing Jake for about 2 months now and he has been a heaven sent. I have been to previous therapists and I've come out with more pain and injury then I started with. With that being said I was giving therapy one last try before I threw in the towel and had the major foot surgery that one doctor recommended. I went to the Manhasset office which was always incredible, but the addition of the port Washington office has made things even easier for me. Very convenient location with a full gym attached to help with various different rehab needs for my injury. Scott has been a tremendous help in my long recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery. I love his ability to mix new exercises/stretches in every session to really push me to my limits and help me feel stronger and more confident in my day to day life. I was so fortunate to have worked with Michael Marchiselli, in an effort to address my degenerative disc disease, cervical and lumbar stenosis, and spondylolisthesis, relieve pain, and avoid surgery. Michael reviewed stretches and exercises and instructed me in new exercises. He was patient and clear in his approach, emphasizing pain reduction and balance. Working with Mike at Sparacio Physical Therapy is a whole new experience. I have been to many physical therapists over the years but no one compares to Mike. He is caring, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He is the only therapist in the office and works one on one with you. When you schedule with Mike, you know that you won't be working with another staff member, as it is in many other practices. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his practice. Its actually a pleasure to go to physical therapy.
My experience was first rate all the way. Mike's individualized attention was so helpful. Karen in the office was also very efficient.
