Mike was excellent throughout the entire process. He listens to the patient and thoroughly addresses each phase of the rehabilitation process. His professionalism is beyond reproach. Highly recommend. Karen is excellent as well and handles the insurance side of the process with complete professionalism and expertise. They are both definitive assets to the practice.
