I contacted my service advisor, John, and asked if I would be able to bring my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and tire rotation. He instructed me to come to Sparks Toyota and let him know when I arrive. I was greeted with friendly smiles quickly. John checked me in. I wasn’t there more than 30-45 minutes when John met me at the check out desk, explaining everything. I did get a discount. Thank you John and Sparks Toyota. You always make me feel special.

I had a great experience with Antwoine Taylor. Just walking up to the door he smiled at us and was very professional.
