As far as car-buying experiences go, this was as painless as it gets. I feel I got a good deal that came with an excellent service package. But what really sold me on the car was my wonderful salesperson, David Bowering, who made me feel like the most important person in the world while I was there and who really gave me personalized service. I have always had good service until my last appointment. There was one other car in the service intake area and plenty of service techs around but it took almost 15 minutes for someone to help me.

I've had very good experiences at Sparks Toyota. The greeters and staff are always friendly and organized. The waiting area is spacious & comfortable while providing tables and outlets for those needing to plug in a laptop and work while they wait, like me. I feel well taken care of as a customer in the service department.

Sparks Toyota has a service department with courteous service writers, mechanics that are nameless and faceless but very competent and prompt repairing vehicles. The customer lounge is comfortable with hot and cold beverages as well as electronic plugs for phones and large screen Televisions. The service writers keep everyone well informed about the necessary and optional repairs along with pricing up front.
