Lesson for all sales folks staring at their phone ignoring cars driving through their used/new lots… it pays to chase those cars down! My husband and I were driving through the lot at Sparks Toyota on a Sunday afternoon and we didn't really see anything available. As we were about to leave, Dave B. waved us down to inquire about our needs. He found two cars… one was just taken in but in rough shape. Three days later, the car was cleaned up, but still not to our liking. Dave recommended changing to leather for a modest fee.... read more
