I have been a renter for over two years! I appreciate the commucation and quick responsive time.
I've been an out of state client of SPM since 2007. I've been able to grow my investment property portfolio in huge part because of the dependable service that they provide. They've placed responsible, long term tenants in my homes and I'm extremely satisfied with their performance. Jon Beaman and his team are professional and they look out for both the tenant and the owner, which is a win/win for everyone. I strongly recommend SPM to anyone looking for a management Co.
Great company with friendly staff. I'm always greeted with a smile whenever I enter the office. Maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner, some even same day. They're very understanding & go above & beyond to make sure your needs are met. Renewing my lease was an easy, hassle free process. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent, lease, or in need of property management.
John B***** at Specialized RPM is professional, attentive, caring and such a pleasure talking too. Any questions or concerns Ive had, he has helped and taken care of in a highly satisfactory timely manner. I am confident in saying, any new owners or renters looking for a property management company should look no further than Specialized Real Property Management here in Fort Worth.
I have been a Specialized Property Management tenant for 3 years. I live in an "older" property and have had several issues with normal, everyday things (toilet, air conditioner, etc.) SPM has been quick to address any issues that arise and solve them quickly, either by sending out a certified company or one of their employees. I have no plans to move at anytime soon and look forward to a long relationship with SPM.
Very pleased with QA Jon B****** He has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction!!!! As long as I get to work with him we will be taken care of!!!!
Great experience from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone looking to lease out of from! Moving is stressful but they alleviate that headache and help you anyway they can
They are very good at judging the market and get a good renter. They are sometimes a little hard to get a hold of.
I would Recommend this company
