Working with Specialized Property Management was a great experience for me. They worked with me through the entire process. Acquiring this rental property was a big step for me and my sons. I hope to continue a long-standing relationship with them.

My wife and I have recently started dealing with Specialized Real Property Management after years of renting. Our agents, Miled and John, have been so helpful throughout the process. We have had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend using them for any of your property management needs.

We've been with Specialized Property Management for over 4 years. With Specialized REAL Property Management taking over, the service has improved dramatically!!! Jon ****** is now the Quality Assurance Manager and he has taken care of several issues we've had since moving in here that the owner had refused to do. Jon is a MIRACLE worker and because of this new management company we will be staying with Specialized Real Property Management!!!

One can tell they take pride in their work, their departments and truly value customer satisfaction. For that, I commend them. Since I live over 2,000 miles away, it is imperative that ... read more

SRPM helped make the move as painless and efficient as possible, Stephanie ***** went above and beyond her role to help accommodate our move in. I also appreciated the follow up call by Jon ****** to see how the move in went and if there was anything that we needed, he was polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend SRPM!
