I've had a very good, processed and informed experience. I viewed the quarters through Rently (also used Trulia) and liked what I saw. The application process was smooth and SPM communicated their needs (paperwork and support materials) and provided me an approximate timeline that they would respond. Each time we communicated (predominantly email), that was the process. After my approval, I was given a move in window, afforded the keys, and provided with information on the documents they'd need to see upon my completion. My ... read more

Specialized Property has provided a tremendous service to me since April 2009. I will say this was my first personal property prior to moving out of state and there I signed off my house to Specialized to manage the well being of my house, I will say I was concerned that this would never work out as most long distant relationships. Since then I discovered that even being out of state Specialized provided me with a painless business relationship from day one and always continued to improve their quality of business as the yea... read more
