We have rented from Specialized Property for the last seven years. We have been extremely pleased with our rental condo, and the prompt and professional service when we needed maintenance. The grounds are maintained meticulously, which is important to me when family or friends visit. I highly recommend them.

The Specialized Property team was extremely helpful throughout my transition into the rental home. I would have liked for someone to fully walked through the home to ensure all areas of the house was clean and not just the outter appearance like the carpet/countertops.
