I can say that Nena has been great! Every time I have reached out to her. She has always been helpful. I have never left feeling like I wasn't heard or understood. I moved to an SPM property in January and the initial process was somewhat smooth. I found the move-in email instructions to be a lot at once. The Simple Bills process wasn't really clear so I ended up setting up utilities in my name and was double-billed for the first 3 months. Overall, living here has been ok. I wished it wasn't such a challenge to actually speak with a human rather than doing everything through apps and email. It's not personal enough for me.
