Awesome team The service team is always very welcoming - friendly and engaging - they listen - they tell you the problem before doing anything and they are patient. They are all amazing -“j” as they call him was my service coordinator- he was awesome!!

Great service! Brian in service always takes care of my vehicles as well as my families other vehicles (4 in total). He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and work performed is always excellent. The price is always fair and I believe it is a great value for the work that is done.

Team work at it's best! This is this 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Cory Fairbanks Mazda, the from Receptionist, Sales Professionals, Upper Management , Finance Dept. and Service Center they have always given us excellent customer service and made us feel like we are their only concern and have always gone above and beyond to take care of any issues that may arise and put us at ease. Awesome Took my car in for oil change , and was very pleased with the way I was treated from beginning to the end . Fast, Friendly , Clean ,and very helpful in my question I had as I was a new customer to them. And all the employees from who drove my car into shop til the very end of the employee who drove it back to me .Very impressed .Thank you !
