PARTS DEPARTMENT IS TERRIFIC!! After buying my used Miata at a non-Mazda dealership in another city, I had several issues and stopped by the Parts Department at Fairbanks Mazda a number of times. I can't say enough about Jeff, who has become my trusted "go-to" source for my questions, ordering parts, etc. His supervisor and Randy are also greatly appreciated for their extra help. Cashiers are always very friendly. Excellent customer service!

Went in For a Car Wash... Came out with a Brand New Car I started my day off like normal and came to the car dealership for a wash since I was already leasing a vehicle from Mazda. Good car-buying experience I went in pretty much knowing that I wanted the Mazda 6 but I still had a few questions and had thought about looking at other cars as well. Jeff was our salesman and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything the Mazda 6 had to offer and how it compared to the other cars I had been interested in driving.
