Very Well Pleased At the Cory Fairbanks Dealership I was offered a car that really works for me! The financing was good and I drove off the same day with the car that really works. I came back in 3 months for an oil change and tire rotation and found the visit to be very amiable, quick and completed within an acceptable amount of time. I have returned several times since the purchase of this vehicle to ask questions and pick up my tag registration which was also handled quickly and professionally.
Friendly, Honest staff I usually dread going to dealerships due to high sales pressure. I have visited this dealership before to purchase parts in the past and was pleased with the service provided, but this visit really stood out due to the friendliness of the staff. First Mazda-First Service I recently brought my Mazda in for its first service, I was greeted promptly and told my service writer was Ted and he would be right with me. (He was on a telephone call when I drove up for my appointment.) He quickly greeted me and directed me to the customer lounge. I was surprised by how quickly the service was performed. I am totally satisfied.
SIMON DIAZ IS GREAT!! Wow my experience from the very moment I entered the dealership was amazing. Simon came up to me and my husband and made us feel very comfortable and took the time to listen to what we wanted, our budget, and didn't rush us at all.
