What an unique and comfortable home. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony.
Loved this apartment! Perfect for a family of 5, my son fished in the river, we ate at local restaurants. Great location for the Creation Museum

We had an excellent time. The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and well taken care of. Christian was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Very cute apartment, clean and in a wonderful area. We enjoyed the balcony and local spots with live music.
This place was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the view from our balcony. It was close to everything we needed. We walked to a restaurant and enjoyed some live music. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a delightful stay. We loved the history of Springer House. It's a great combination of old and new. The property has many unique historic aspects, but also had all the modern amenities we could have needed. So spacious and bright! We really loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets, and watching the activity on the river. You are truly in the heart of the city at Springer House. This is a beautiful place to stay. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it!
