My family stayed at Christian's New Richmond, OH apartment for a week while visiting my daughter and her family, who live in town. We received all of the check-in information the morning of our arrival date and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Christian's place was perfect for the two nights we spent there. We loved the open living space with natural light. We also enjoyed the proximity to to the river with seating along the street and at the park to enjoy the view. The only con is the live music Wed, Fri and Sat at the restaurant next door which is noticeable in the rental. There's nothing that the owner could do to change this. It did stop at 9pm Wed night.
This place is beautiful! A renovated historical building with so much history across from the Ohio river. Super, super comfy beds. Really all amenities were great. Christian was so helpful and shared tips about where to visit and pick up items. He was a text away at all times. My suggestion to future guests is to walk along the main street that runs along the river to see all the wonderful stores and restaurants when you arrive to add those to your itinerary, then hit the amazing shopping in Cincinnati which was a little ove... read more
We had the best of experiences! Location was excellent, restaurants close had great food. We had a small problem and had to call Christian, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, I will definitely stay again!
This was a great location for our family to visit my son who lives nearby. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The game table was a hit for the grandkids. The view was gorgeous, and the riverfront was great for walking. There are several quaint restaurants from which to choose. The only possible drawback is the number of steps to get into the second-story apartment. However, that was not an issue for us. I definitely expect that our family will utilize this airbnb again!

Great location, great view of the river, festivals close but not too much noise. Nice unit, well equipped. Met our host and he was very congenial and helpful.

The apartment was better than described. It is in a beautiful historic building and outfitted with everything you’d want in your own home. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and plush towels in the bathroom. We were only there for a short time and didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything- all modern appliances, glasses, plates, silverware, spice rack, even a first aid kit. Spotless. Parking easily accessible. Restaurants and coffee bar nearby were excellent.
Great place. Had everything we needed. Christian was very helpful providing step by step process for check in and check out.
