This was such a wonderful spot! The main room and kitchen were our favorite rooms, nice and open for activities and conversation while overlooking the river. The view and location were absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms and amenities were exactly what we needed for our friend group, and we will definitely boom this spot again for Ohio adventures! Highly recommend! Christian was a wonderful host, and renting here was so easy. Thank you!

Thanks Richard. Spring is beautiful. Our local garden club hangs fresh flowers from the lampposts lining the street. Fall is great too. We have Riverdays festival in August, and Fall Bash around Halloween.

Christian was great about communication. We were able to get in easily and loved that the door automatically locked when leaving so did not have to worry about that. The space was exactly as pictured and super nice! Overall a great experience

A fun town with plenty of history. Get a hot dog from the local stand. We recommend the “North Carolina “. The purpose of our trip was to watch sports. Go Norse Basketball #40! But we prefer to escape from cities. The location is perfect for great access to nearby cities and attractions. We enjoyed walking the town and learning about its rich history and culture. There is plenty to learn, it’s nerdtastic. Comic book store, bald eagle 🦅, Underground Railroad site and a hotdog cart. It’s basically perfect.

This property exceeded my expectations. The Springer House has character and a vibe that can be felt only in an historic building. The balcony overlooking Front Street and the Ohio River was incredible, even in January, when the gas fireplace in the living room made staying indoors even more inviting. Thanks for the great review Jayne. You and your family are most welcome anytime. Keep in mind if you ever need a bigger place that adjoining door opens up to a second kitchen, living room, bathroom, and queen bedroom. It is literally a second apartment.
