Nice food - well presented , table was a bit cramped and out of the way - prawn cocktail way overpriced but decent mains - beef was lovely, would recommend and come again

Arrived early and were accommodated at a beautiful table near the window. We could see the twinkling lights and people passing by. Our service was excellent and we were made to feel v welcome. Our food was delicious but the portions were slightly large and we couldn’t finish the whole amount. Drinks were wonderful and we didn’t feel rushed. We’d definitely return the next time we are in the city.

We booked to celebrate our birthdays and thoroughly enjoyed. Really lovely atmosphere, great food and very helpful, friendly staff. Our waiter overheard it was our birthdays and brought out a dessert with candle and sang us Happy Birthday, a lovely gesture 😊🎂

Service was good, portion size was ok, but my food wasn’t very warm. I asked for more gravy to warm it up but that wasn’t warm either. And I don’t like my food reheated. Food wasn’t very warm tasty There was a very loud drunk couple at the bar with a dog that was just roaming around everyone’s plate. I love dogs but not in my food. Shame a few things spoiled it

Excellent service spoilt by a poor main meal of fish and chips. The batter was awful on the fish and the peas were stone cold.
I made this reservation before staying in Bath for the weekend to visit the Christmas market - the restaurant reviews were good and there was an excellent gluten free menu for one of our party. The service was excellent. Food delicious (fish pie fabulous) and bill very reasonable. It was a busy time but we did not have to wait an unreasonable time for food and our wine was topped up! Perfect thank you.
