Our waiter was fantastic and made us so welcome including tips on visiting his home country Albania! The food was stunning and the view of the cathedral perfect

We had a lovely celebratory meal for my husband’s 70th birthday. The food was excellent. The service very attentive by friendly staff. We were allowed to bring our own table decorations. My husband also had a complimentary birthday ‘plate’ with mini chocolate brownie with a candle which was a lovely unexpected treat.

Our first visit to the Square last night, although we’ve walked past it many times over the years. When we arrived, it was very busy and the staff from restaurant was in full flow. We had booked in advance and our table was ready spot on time. We ordered the vegetarian platter to share which was excellent and excellent value and then we had a fillet steak and a ribeye steak which was cooked a perfection which is something I have to say it can be quite unusual nowadays. Spinach and Ricotta ravioli was amazing. The service was excellent, many thanks to our waitress who looked after us. Pianist was excellent too. Made for a great Birthday meal. I would recommend to all.
