The staff and Dr. Cooper were very friendly and helpful in explaining our fur baby’s needs. They were so kind in their interaction with her which made us comfortable in putting our trust in their exam. Thank you for listening to our concerns and for providing us with information on what growth changes we need to check on. It was a plus that the price was very affordable. Thanks again you all are a great team and provided us with high quality service.

The staff are very kind and helpful. It feels like home. I do not worry at all when I have to leave my cat Pond there. My cat gets the best care. Dr. Carlos Olivares is excellent. Our English Bulldog, Lola, had been sick for about 1 week. After 2 visits with other vets, there was still no relief for our baby. I called St. Francis and they were able to fit us in the same day. Everyone from Dr. O to all the staff were wonderful. We unfortunately had to put our baby down to stop her suffering. Dr. O explained everything to us and was very caring and compassionate throughout the whole process. Even though it was a difficult decision, I'm glad we had Dr. O and the staff to help us. Your workers were excellent however I could not send email to set up appt. Where there is a square that says I’m not a robot. It wouldn’t work and I could not send email, plz fix that problem. I finally just had to call the vet clinic. I’ve been a customer of yours for about 15 yrs.

I bring both of my dogs here and every time the service is exceptional. The veterinarians are on point very very patient orientated, and the front staff is friendly and helpful.

We took all three of our dogs in for their annual shots and check up. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We appreciated Dr. Ruiz's expertise on the selection of the appropriate heartworm medication. Would highly recommend St Francis of Assisi.

Words can not explain how great full we are for the amazing staff… we had one of the worst days we could of imagine lossing our home and our two beloved poodles in a house fire.. we are devastated and the whole entire staff was kind and helpful when we were so emotional. This was our first visit to the office as we had just moved into the area they treated us the same as if we were long time customers.
