RecommendedI took my rescue cat in yesterday because she was sick. She is a feral and had been on her own for about 3 years. She's constantly in flight or fight mode. She's been on Gabapentin for several months for anxiety. She's finally starting to calm down. I was so nervous to take her to see the vet. RecommendedLove the staff!! My dog has really bad anxiety. I call staff that I'm in parking lot with my dog, and he doesn't do good being around and waiting. Staff come outside when they have his room ready. They take him to the back to do his checkup, and then bring him back to the room. He's a big dog and sometimes hard to control. He goes in with tail wagging, and pulls for the vehicle when he's done. Staff understands and I tell them let me know about checking out. I'll be outside with him. RecommendedThe people here are awesome! They take great care of our cats and always check in with us if the cats have an issue. Before they do any procedures they ask first and tell us the cost so we are not surprised. If you have a furry family member bring them to St. Francis!

RecommendedAs a new customer, I was so impressed with my visit. Walking in with Gazpacho and seeing the welcome board with his name made us feel right at home. The staff was warm, friendly, and professional, and Dr. Olivares took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone who handled my baby was so gentle and kind, which gave me peace of mind. RecommendedDr. Olivares and Technicians were great. I have a highly anxious Huskey and a little Terrier, they were very understanding and helpful in the exam, shots, bloodwork and nail trims. I highly recommend St. Francis.
