We sent our driver in to pick a power only trailer when our driver arrived the trailer was not road worthy doors wouldn't shut and had 5 forklift inside. Not safe to pull trailer in this condition. We asked for tonu to compensate our driver for his time and just getting the run around.
The broker sold us a live unload, which turned to a drop trailer. The broker assured us that she will pay us detention. It has been over a month, she still tells me that she is working on confirming the hours. Very dishonest broker!
Booking was easy, they change my load once I was loaded adding 2 more stops. Paperwork for delivery wasn’t provide it from shipper, I had to add another stop to print it. There was a confusion with deliveries spots and they charge me a late fee, after all changes and issues on load.
