Booking was easy, they change my load once I was loaded adding 2 more stops. Paperwork for delivery wasn’t provide it from shipper, I had to add another stop to print it. There was a confusion with deliveries spots and they charge me a late fee, after all changes and issues on load.
The worst, irresponsible, unprofessional even do not want to call them company a group. They do not care about whether you truck is stuck at the receiver for two days without unloading. Forget about you and your problem as soon as they hang up. They are even unable to pay scale and lumper fee as per Ratecon. Will never book or suggest to work with them especially with Ken Bennet.
Very bad agreed to pay detention after delivery not paying
0 star Brooker's worst company out there. Don't be fooled by Loup. They tell you that you have an appointment to be unloaded and it is not like that and then they do not want to pay you detention. the worst brooker

UNTRUTHFUL , UNETHICAL , DISHONEST , UNREASONABLE , UNRESPONSIVE , THIEF'S , ROBBERS , ETC .
I don’t disagreed with the other carriers experience . But in my case , I made a reefer load for them and the lumper fee that I had to pay cash ,because they didn’t give me a EFS check code, they charge a quick pay fee on the lumper fee ,it took almost a week to get pay and they charge a quick pay fee . And wasn’t for a lack of communication , I called their billing and asked them to don’t charge me for the lumper fee that I paid cash , still they did what ever they wanted .
I booked a load from Atlanta GA to Los Angels CA my appointment was at 1pm but I got loaded by 12:30AM at night broker denied me to pay destination and anyway even though I got loaded late I was on time at consginee load has to be re-stage and has to pay lumper fee $400 they denied this to I had to pay from my pocket all loss on that load Don’t ever choose this broker to work.
