I have been to Starlite three times since 2009 and have never had a terrible experience. It isn't the best rehab out there, to me La Ha is better but they have mostly caring staff, a wonderful doctor Dr. Davis, alright good, decent rooms. It's in the hill country and there's a pretty view overlooking the hills in the distance. They have a pool, a store that's open a couple times a week. The classes are ok, but like I said I preferred La Ha over Starlite. I was really enjoying my most recent stay there when my insurance was s... read more
Starlite Recovery quite literally helped save my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond, not just doing their jobs, but truly showing compassion, understanding, and support every step of the way. They created a safe environment where healing felt possible, even on the hardest days. The community at Starlite was incredibly supportive and non-judgmental. I was surrounded by people who understood what I was going through, and that sense of connection made all the differenc... read more
Loved this rehab, all of staff is super helpful and the food is rlly good. Plus you get all kinds of programming to help you with your sobriety!!
I was admitted in April 2021, and have been sober for two years and some change. When I went here I was a broken individual, this facility changed my life. The experiences that I had here will stick with me forever. Very grateful for everyone I've met.
I went here broken and Wes close to rock-bottom luckily with this facility they didn't ask me about the ability to pay they just asked me to come there at my own free will. My first two weeks there was really rough and I was not very receptive at the program and what it took to become sober. But when I started doing the work and I started seeing the benefits from doing the work almost within 24 hours of me deciding to do it the rest of my life fell into place it wasn't all rainbows and unicorns by any means but I did the wor... read more
This treatment center has many employees there that truly care about their clients well-being. Many have returned because of this. They know they'll be safe and taken care of. You have to make the best of it too. It takes hard work and dedication on our parts too. Yes, there are some things that are quite unorganized, but no program is perfect. If you have a loved one struggling with addiction, I think this is a wonderful place where true progress can happen.
Saved my life and improved it in so many ways. The counseling staff, the activities. The techs all make this place worthwhile. A wealth of information about recovery.
I truly like Starlite the staff really cares about your well being they have got a great incentive program if you go to all class.it's friendly and everyone understands what your going thru I am so glad I came to Starlite. All the techs, nurses, and staff are awesome.
I worked at Starlite from 2012-2016 as Business Development Manager for South Texas. I returned back to work in the same position a year ago. I would not have returned if I did not have confidence in our mission and the staff dedicated to helping those suffering from substance abuse. Starlite was the first and is the oldest substance abuse treatment center in Texas . We have treated over 45,000 people which is a testament to our legacy. I am confident in our staffs ability to provide the wisdom, knowledge and tools for a per... read more
