I really appreciate Mark's approach to patient care, placing the patient's interests foremost. When the opportunity came up for his practice to provide a service, or let another dentist who had helped my TMJ condition perform a appliance procedure, Mark deferred to the other dentist in lieu of seeking the revenue from the creation of the appliance. It was, in my opinion, the right answer and it was refreshing to see Mark's character in action.
