1) Friendliness of office staff reduced anxiety; 2) Dr. Sayeg seemed to be completely focused on my care (not distracted/rushed); and 3) cleaning by Tanya was a very positive experience. She checked how I was doing frequently and described what she was doing as she went along, so there were no surprises or discomfort. Tanya was very professional, but also really friendly and fun during the cleaning. The consultation and cleaning were both very positive experiences. Let's hope the procedures are the same... :)

I feel like the hygienists always are so friendly and make you feel like they know you. After years of going to your practice it's nice when you are made to feel comfortable. It's like going to an old friend.

My visit to the office was the my first visit to a dental office in years. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and their level of professionalism was top notch. They expressed extreme care in informing and educating me about all things involving my teeth. I could not be more pleased. I am very appreciative of their help and will not hesitate to refer others to their practice.
