Lory was very pleasant and I only had to wait a few minutes.
Everyone at the office was so welcoming and understanding of my fear of dental work. I was so afraid to have any drilling done because I'd had a lot of pain with fillings in the past, but everyone took such good care of me and made sure I was totally comfortable. I will never go to a dentist anywhere else!
I liked that each procedure was explained as performed and that each staff member walked me through my options beforehand. I felt very involved. Everyone was very patient!
Always great dental care since I switched to Dr. Mark in the mid '90s.
