App makes charting harder then it needs to be. The only way to see things from previous shifts it to select history then you have to open each med/prn individually. Always times out during clock in and clock out. very annoying to use. freezes alot on my phone so i have to force stop and restart
Clunky/disjointed interface. Turn device landscape & app freezes. Someone at Bayada must've justified their multi 6-figure salary with this one.

The 2 factor authecation is now every time I go to log in, which in itself is a pain because of the timeouts, occurring. I don't know if it's happening to others but it needs to be fixed. As stated before, this app needs more fine tuning. The way you go about entering orders is all messed up. The developers need to bring on some seasoned nurses to consult. This has the capability of being a really good app, it just needs a more medical point of view.
Horrible app for home health care. In the middle of charting if you stop for maybe 15 seconds to think the app will freeze and you will have to retype what you were documenting on including a narrative note. Do frustrating. Also, the dark mode makes it impossible to see different things on the screen because its black font on a black screen. So I can't even see my other clients to pick up shifts if I wanted to through this app! I have a S24 Galaxy Ultra and it is up to date. Its not my phone!
NEW RECORD!!! 36 MINUTES TO FINALLY SIGN IN!!!! Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to sign in. Have to exit out over and over. Just spins and goes nowhere. Have a brand new phone, so that's not the problem.
I don't think the people who developed this software have experience in healthcare and definitely don't understand the workflow or how difficult it can be to chart on a phone. There's so many issues. There's no way to see vital or abnormal trends over different shifts as a field employee, you have to remember how to write certain orders (because you can't enter them as you would to be medically correct...), there's lots of random bugs...now a submenu is completely blacked out.
Same issue as recent/previous reviews, can't see if personal device is in dark mode. Just downloaded app today 10/29 and it's still an issue from early September reviews? Utterly RIDICULOUS. FIX IT!
Constantly freezing on owl screen despite clearing cache and memory. There are other bugs but this is the worst as it renders it unusable. I have a Pixel 7. Please fix!! Worst app I have ever used for charting.
