cannot log in, when i can i cant change any od the settings, have to have full 5G reception with dull bars or internet. all around a disappointing frustrating app that makes charting a huge pain
My home health company utilizes Statewise as our EVV for Medicaid/Mediccare. Statewise does not fix issues related to the charting part of the app. Narrative note history button provides a blank screen, which means nurses can not have accurate information when needing historical patient issue documentation. Also, PRN medications history has been wiped out which means nurses have no clue as to when last dose of a medication was given, so we can not safely administer PRN meds. Will notify state

Absolute headache of an app
the worst app ever, I have to uninstall and reinstall like 5 times a day lol do better
please make it so the dates that I chose stay instead of changing each time I submit a visit. I like to use custom dates and it changes to current dates every time I submit a visit. Also move the clear signature button so I quit clearing my signature. Why do I have to give my thumbprint each time I submit??
This app is the worse! It randomly logs you out while charting on a client. I called and notified IT of the problem and was told numerous reports of the same issue had been documented and yet 6 months later nothing changes. Good luck if you are forced to use this garbage app!
Very Buggy especially when logging in
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The app "times out" every 2 minutes and makes me re-do authentication. Then if I do a custom search to chart for a previous day it doesn't save my search after charting for that shift so after every shift I have to redo the search. It takes me twice as long to chat now because of these "technical difficulties" then it did on the previous app my company used.
