Horrible app for home health care. In the middle of charting if you stop for maybe 15 seconds to think the app will freeze and you will have to retype what you were documenting on including a narrative note. Do frustrating. Also, the dark mode makes it impossible to see different things on the screen because its black font on a black screen. So I can't even see my other clients to pick up shifts if I wanted to through this app! I have a S24 Galaxy Ultra and it is up to date. Its not my phone!
NEW RECORD!!! 36 MINUTES TO FINALLY SIGN IN!!!! Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to sign in. Have to exit out over and over. Just spins and goes nowhere. Have a brand new phone, so that's not the problem.
I don't think the people who developed this software have experience in healthcare and definitely don't understand the workflow or how difficult it can be to chart on a phone. There's so many issues. There's no way to see vital or abnormal trends over different shifts as a field employee, you have to remember how to write certain orders (because you can't enter them as you would to be medically correct...), there's lots of random bugs...now a submenu is completely blacked out.
Same issue as recent/previous reviews, can't see if personal device is in dark mode. Just downloaded app today 10/29 and it's still an issue from early September reviews? Utterly RIDICULOUS. FIX IT!
Constantly freezing on owl screen despite clearing cache and memory. There are other bugs but this is the worst as it renders it unusable. I have a Pixel 7. Please fix!! Worst app I have ever used for charting.
won't even download functional icon onto my tablet screen. Tablet less than a year old. It's total garbage.
If possible I would give it 0 stars. I absolutely agree that I thought nothing could be worse than Cubhub and then came Statewise. This program is the absolute worst. It has all the horrible aspects from Cubhub and then added in defaulting to dark mode so you can't read anything. Frankly, if I was not moving in a few months I would quit my current job just because of this horrible program. If you are a company thinking of purchasing this platform I would seriously reconsider.
unreliable quits working on
This app needs updated in a lot of ways. While it is easy to learn and any glitches are usually minimal, there are many things that keep nurses from doing the most effective job. In initial assessment area for nurses, there is no comment section in several areas, one being neuro. GI-- No place to indicate status of each quadrant if different. Biggest issue is we can't track vitals or trend seizures because we can't see most of each others documentation-- only managers can(very inefficient)
