I don't know whether it is Statewise itself, or Okta, but I have to constantly log back in throughout the day. I was told to delete and reinstall the app as they did an update to fix bugs in the Android system and now it won't load at all.
I really didn't think cubhub could get any worse, but it did. Its like cubhub got so many bad reviews, they had to just change the name. or, it's like cubhub got sick and vomited out statewise. Who knew there was grey and lighter grey font in a size 2. (Thanks for the migraines.) Add bugs, repetitive questions, and change the order of every drop menu in absolutely no logical order.
Absolutely the worst system that I've used in 32 yrs of nursing. Major issues with being able to login and use the system, once a user has submitted information, it's gone, never to be seen again by anyone in the field. Those in the office have a different view, but those in the field, actually working a case are unable to access anyone's notes to review client hx, not even their own previously submitted notes. You can't View vitals, assessments, nothing. Useless, shouldn't have been released
The font is a little too small. This app is not easy to look at, adding to eye strain.
Email address for app support returns unsent with "email address does not exist" msg. Dark mode incompatible, text and background same color, not usable; have to change phone settings before and after every shift, inconvenient and annoying. Light mode functions but lack of accent colors creates an extremely bright white eye searing image. Font not adjustable, far too small for comfortable daily usage, feeling eye strain within an hour of usage.
Updated from 1 star. It seems that the app wasn't ready for Android 16 and locked. The development team distributed an update today and fixed that. The app defaults to dark mode if the phone system is in dark mode. The problem is that the font stays black, so disappears. There's no option to force light mode, so to use this app I have to change the theme on my personal device. C'mon guys, these are rookie mistakes! You're changing good money for the app licensing!

good in some way but annoying most of the time. cubhub was better in many ways. feels like this was released prematurely. it doesn't work well with dark mode. back swiping gesture to exit keyboard exits keyboard and doesn't save what you typed. animations feel cheap.
This app is extremely buggy. The app tries to be in "dark mode", following my phone's default settings, I assume, but it's just a transparent black background with menus shown still in white, and it results in many text options (such as selecting clients from the client list) being invisible as black text on a black background. The app also alters the way some text appears on screen after a selection during assessment, making words appear with one letter per line. PLEASE FIX.
