Verified Renter I’ve been living here going on 6 years i think. The location is great for work and pretty much a lot of stores are within a 5-10 minute drive. I haven’t had a lot of interaction with the staff but what little I’ve had they have been helpful.

Well located, BUT... Parking at this complex needs some serious help. Just not enough spaces. All are taken by time you get home from work if you work later at night. In addition the parking lot lights don't work so is dark out there. The buildings are older and are need of some electrical upgrades. Maintenance is decent for fixes, but can take a LONG time...just tell you "it's on the list". Grounds are well kept, tis the pet owners who need to clean up better after their animals.
Do not live here. Roaches. Leaks. My apartment has had roaches since the second week I moved in. My apartment was never cleaned by professionals beforehand and it was filthy with hair in the bathroom and stuff inside the drawers. The neighbors play loud music and the quiet time is not enforced. All of my amazon packages have been stolen and the office cannot do anything about it. The bugs are definitely the worst issue. Verified Renter Been here for five years stuff still doesn’t get done some staff a little rude been asking for certain things to get fixed or done but never consider a priority and keep getting my told that that doesn’t need to be done even though it does charges for pest control monthly even though they should come out once a month they never do

Verified Renter It's the worst because when it comes to maintenance they don't fix anything you go and put the complaint and they get angry and they work in the office they even get annoyed when you tell them that you have problems in your apartment but, if they are very punctual in charging you extra things and with the garbage it's always a problem

Roaches Everywhere I noticed a pretty bad roach infestation after I’d moved in and reported it as soon as I could. They told me I’d have to wait over a week for an exterminator. When I said that’s unacceptable, they said they’d bug bomb the place. Maintenance never came by so the lady in the office had to do it herself. It didn’t work and only made them run out of hiding.
