We had this storage for 14 years until we moved out 4 months ago. It was always a nice place. After a few years It changed management to Staxup and the service became beyond excellent. It became much better than before. The managers were amazing. The staff monitored and managed the property efficiently. They were very kind and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and we were not just a number. We were treated with respect and we trusted that they would take care of our unit. Gary was awesome and helpful. Gave us a corner unit. Made sure we knew the schedule and we got half of the second month storage rent. Prices were a little pricey, but our items will be safe. Thank you Gary for your awesome customer service.

Booked a 10 ft truck during the pandemic for an emergency move. Booked online 3 days in advance. Arrived day of booking for pickup. No where to pull in except the gate area. Pulled up to the gate and called the office. Guy answers and says because of the virus they wont allow anyone in (they allow the storage unit owners in and out though) and to download the uhaul app and we will get information on how to receive the keys and truck pick-up. Best service!!! They are very friendly here and they really care about giving you all around good quality service. The area is clean and organized.
I'm impressed with the customer service here. Very friendly and plenty of light in the units. They have access to uhaul trucks on site. After a long day of searching this is a great spot.
My husband and I recently signed up for a storage unit in Chula Vista CA. with Stax Up. Gary the manager went beyond our expectations We call on a Friday at 5.50p, he told us to come right away and he will give us more info re: the units available and pricing! He was closing at 6p, and we arrived at 6.05p. He stayed open for us on a Friday evening! Amazing experience- every time we go to our storage unit, Gary has always a big smile on and ask if we need anything! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE~
These guys were beyond helpful! We rented a U-Haul to move to Temecula and had us all set up. However, plans fell through on our side but one quick call and these guys were SO understanding and helpful. We spoke with Gary and he was totally understanding! These guys are pretty cool and hilarious and had us laughing even when we were really stressed. They felt like family which is very rare to find.
