easy to rent uahul truck. great customer service. friendly and clean atmosphere. clean and good trucks. plenty if storage units. everything you need for moving and storing.
The management of this location is... amazing in every way! We cannot say enough good things about them! My husband and I needed a storage unit for a new start up business. The manager- Gary Garcia was so attentive and really listened to our needs! He showed us several units and then customized a deal for us to feel good about. Have stored with StaxUp for a couple years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Pricing for units is decent compared to other local businesses. I just recently upgraded from a 5x7 to an 8x11 and there wasn't a huge price jump. Staff is always friendly and helpful... allowing me to borrow tools when needed and using the forklift since my items are on the second floor. Well maintained and clean property. Great access hours! Very friendly and accommodating. Gary showed me multiple units, which allowed me to pick a unit that best fit my needs. Very good prices as well. If you are on the 2nd level, they load your possessions up with a forklift, which is very helpful. Also, Gate hours are 5am-10pm, 7 days a week!
Flexible and great customer service !!!!! Only thing I HATED is I booked a uhaul and they confirmed my time I wanted and all and when I went they told me uhaul takes bookings and then later on moves the time and date you scheduled to book ! WASTE OF TIME UHAUL SUCKs !!!!
I used this place to pick up/drop off a u haul truck to finally get my stuff out of a different storage. The lady who helped me was friendly and fast. When I dropped it off later the same day, it was easy and fast and best of all they didn't try to add any additional bogus fees. I'd definitely use them again for any uhaul or storage needs.
U-Haul rental review I rented a utility trailer this past weekend. The trailer was great and served my purpose well. Unfortunately, BEWARE of how the company charges you...... My brother picked up the trailer on Saturday to rent for a one day rental. The guy who helped him said they were closed on Sunday for a company picnic so he could return the trailer on Monday before 4pm.
